Hey, i'd like to know what kind of drums you play. I use a crappy Dixon set i got a while back, and im looking forward to changing my snare for x-max. So, if you could tell me what i should get to play punk rock, i appreciate it. Thnaks!

I play mapex drums. I'd suggest maybe a 5.5/14 black panther snare. They have a lot of body and crack to them... That's what I use anyway...

Hey ty, what are the sizes of your drums? I have a mapex set too, but its smaller, and I'm wondering if its really worth selling just to buy a bigger set.
My bass is like 18" bass, 12" floor tom, 12" snare, 8" and 10" toms, but I only use the 10" one. Its a mapex - venus. So do I upgrade? or am I fine with this?
